At HAINZL Industriesysteme, a "Great Place to Work" headquartered in Linz, the well-being of employees and their health and fitness is a top priority. The company is now expressing this once again with the opening of its Fit & Vital Center.
The in-house health and fitness building offers around 600 square meters of space for fitness courses, individual training options and massage. Starting in September, employees can attend group classes here, work out individually on treadmills, ergometers or a weight bench, or get a massage through the in-house masseuse. Showers and lockers are also available. Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked and charged under cover in the forecourt of the Fit & Vital Center.
The dedicated building is a strong sign of how much HAINZL cares about the health and fitness of its workforce. "With the construction of the new Fit & Vital Center on the company premises, HAINZL is taking a big step in the direction of promoting the fitness and thus the well-being of its employees in the long term with corporate measures. The new building focuses on the employees and their health," report the two managing directors Willi Eibner and Björn Fellner proudly.
After less than 16 months of construction, the Fit & Vital Center was opened in mid-September with a ceremony for the employees and an opening program.
