Supply of green energy through heat pumps and PV system as well as 80 charging points; also its own gastronomy and roof terrace. The "Green Business Center" has a lot to offer.
The new office building of the Green Finance Group houses 180 workplaces on an area of around 7,900 m², which - thanks to bright rooms and the appropriate infrastructure - offer perfect working conditions. During construction, particular emphasis was placed on sustainable materials and construction methods that meet the Green Finance vision.
This major contract in the Linz area was successfully completed in September 2023. The scope of services provided by HAINZL Gebäudetechnik included the low-voltage distribution systems, all heavy and light current installations, the lighting technology including emergency and safety lighting as well as the lightning protection system. The installation of the data technology, the fire alarm system, the access control with video surveillance and the installation of the e-charging stations successfully completed our scope of services.
