KPMG Austria is the largest auditing company in Austria. Over the past decades, the company has been internationalized and expanded by several locations - including the purchase of the 14,000m² office building in Porzellangasse in Vienna's 9th district in 2006.
The venerable building dating from 1905 was acquired by KPMG in 2006 and expanded and modernized from 2021. With the extension of the top floor, 1,800 m² of space were gained, in addition, an underground parking garage was built and an annex was realized. In the interior, state-of-the-art bright workplaces were built.
The scope of services provided by HAINZL Gebäudetechnik included the low-voltage distribution systems, the high-voltage and low-voltage installations, the emergency and safety lighting, the grounding and lightning protection systems, and the IT cabling. We were also responsible for the cabling of the media technology, for the lighting control of the open space and for the MSR cabling as well as for the data technology.
