In the Linz harbour district a new seven-storey building enriches the cityscape and offers with around 11,000 m² of usable space state-of-the-art offices for around 500 Dynatrace employees. Regarding the electrical engineering of the building, the client, Neunteufel GmbH, relied on HAINZL Building Technology.
HAINZL installed the entire electrical engineering in the building complex. This specifically includes the complete low-voltage distribution system, the high-voltage and low-voltage installations, the LAN cabling (network technology), the entire lighting in state-of-the-art LED technology including emergency lighting, a parking guidance system and e-charging stations. In addition, there is the installation of building automation for the entire building, a fire alarm system, video system, an access system and an alarm system.
