Within the old walls of the heritage-protected building at the Hauptplatz in Linz, the Motel One Group opened a stylish design hotel with 111 contemporary rooms. For HAINZL Gebäudetechnik, the special challenge of this project was its special mix of historical and modern elements.
HAINZL building technology supplied the complete low-voltage distribution system, a communication system, LAN cabling, a video surveillance system and a sound system. Our contract also included the supply and installation of the lighting, the installation of a fire alarm system and emergency lighting as well as all earthing and lightning protection measures.
