27 condominiums, four penthouses and additional commercial and office units - the result of the last two years is impressive. The residential complex at Schlosspark was equipped with state-of-the-art electrical engineering and combines comfortable living and working for the highest demands.
The overall concept is rounded off by a new underground parking garage, which creates additional parking space in the middle of the center and contributes to relieving the parking situation.
Our scope of services in Schlosspark included the installation of the complete low-voltage distribution system, the high-voltage and low-voltage installations, and the LAN cabling (network technology). We were also responsible for the installation of lighting and emergency lighting, for the installation of the fully automatic fire alarm system including communication system and for the installation of the complete grounding and lightning protection system.
