Thousands of tons of waste are collected annually by the waste collection service in the Linz city area and sent for sensible recycling in LINZ AG's residual waste power plant. Before the waste is used in the power plant to generate electricity and district heating, it is processed in the upstream residual waste processing plant (RABA). The core of the RABA are the two massive shredders, which shred all delivered residual materials in the first step.
At this point, the highest possible reliability is required and LINZ AG relies on HAINZL expertise for the maintenance of the high-performance hydraulics. A complete drive unit with two hydraulic motors and a pump combination are permanently at the customer's site, ready for use in emergencies.
HAINZL has been carrying out all service work on the hydraulics of the two primary shredders and the five secondary shredders since 2015. Not only the spatial proximity and thus the on-site service at short notice are an advantage for the customer. Above all, it is our reputation as a brand-independent service and repair specialist for hydraulics that enables HSW to score points here.
