In the course of the project development of the new office building, our client, the HABAU Group, trusted in the competence of HAINZL buildings technology.
The new, four-story Linz location HAB25 on Franzosenhausweg impresses with ultra-modern and flexible office space, spacious meeting and training rooms, as well as its own gym and a large green roof terrace.
HAINZL scored in this modern architecturally striking office building with 8,200 m² of usable floor space primarily with sophisticated visual installation. In order to be able to optimally implement the special requirements and demands of our client, particularly detailed planning and coordination with the other trades was required in advance. Subsequent changes or corrections are no longer possible with this design variant.
Thus, the impressive appearance in concrete/steel/wood/glass/black can unfold its full power.
The scope of services provided by HAINZL buildings technology included, among other things, the complete low-voltage distribution, high-voltage and low-voltage cabling, LAN cabling (network technology), delivery and installation of all lighting, emergency lighting, the installation of a fully automatic fire alarm system, as well as extensive building automation.
HAINZL buildings technology was also responsible for the installation of the required e-mobility in the form of e-charging stations, as well as the cabling work for the access control, the alarm system and the extensive MSR systems.
