We have supplied the gear and bearing lubrication for the hot rolled strip mill with the highest output in the world, located in America. It requires specialist knowledge to design the inside of the tank for optimum water and air separation, especially when it comes to lubrication systems.

• Pump rates: up to 3000 l/min
• Operating pressure: up to 16 bar
• Cooling capacity: up to 800 kW

• Oil stabilisation times in the tank
• Cold start with high viscosity media
• Amount of heat to be dissipated
• Lubricant distributor with pressure reducer and monitoring
• Emergency supply, e.g. via an air tank
